Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 24, 2026

Welcome to Free Host India (“the Service”). This Privacy Policy governs the collection, management, tracking, and disclosure of data across our public interface, automated billing portals, account provisioning managers, and any server control panel environments deployed now or in the future by the Service.

By registering for an account, utilizing our free infrastructure, purchasing a lifetime package, or navigating our platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to all clauses, terms, and liability waivers outlined in this document.

Data Collection & Aggressive System Tracking

To safeguard server infrastructure, maintain network integrity, and strictly comply with national cyber security regulations, the Service tracks and retains network telemetry data aggressively.

User Information: We collect the name, email address, and network details provided during the signup process on our account management portal.

Infrastructure Logs: We log every technical interaction with our network, including but not limited to: registration IP addresses, login history IPs, system timestamps, browser user-agent strings, file uploads, script executions, source code modifications, database updates, and server resource consumption metrics across any and all hosting control panels deployed by the Service.

Continuous Security Scanning: All server directories, user accounts, automated files, and databases are subject to constant, automated real-time security scanning, automated threat isolation, and technical tracking.

Zero-Liability, Data Loss, & Complete Indemnification

As-Is Service Provision: The Service provides web hosting “as-is” and “as available.” We offer absolutely no guarantees regarding server uptime, database safety, file preservation, or hardware longevity.

Data Loss Waiver: The Service shall not be held legally or financially responsible for any data loss, data corruption, site deletion, unexpected platform migrations, hardware destruction, or backup failures. It remains exclusively the user’s responsibility to maintain independent, off-site backups of their web assets.

User Indemnification: By using this platform, you agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Free Host India, its owners, operators, and server administrators from any and all legal claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses resulting directly or indirectly from your website content, your scripts, or your use of our infrastructure.

Special Provisions for Paid and “Lifetime” Tier Accounts

Infrastructure Definitions: “Lifetime” refers strictly to the operational lifespan of the Service’s technical infrastructure, not the biological lifetime of the user. The Service reserves the right to discontinue infrastructure operations at any time under its sole discretion without financial penalty.

Shared Environment Risk Acknowledgement: Paid and lifetime tier users explicitly acknowledge that they are hosting data on a shared infrastructure network that accommodates unverified, free-tier users. While the Service deploys automated tools to isolate accounts, the Service accepts zero liability for any IP blacklisting, search engine optimization (SEO) degradation, or mail delivery failures caused by third-party actions on the shared network.

Refund and Compensation Waiver: All payments made for lifetime or premium tier access are strictly non-refundable. Under no circumstances—including total data loss, server migration failure, hardware abandonment, or complete service termination—shall the Service or its owners be liable for monetary refunds, damages, or compensation of any kind.

Absolute Right to Terminate, Suspend, and Delete

The Service reserves the complete, unrestricted right to refuse service, suspend access, or permanently delete any client account and associated website data from any of our hosting control panels at any moment, without prior warning, without providing justification, and without right to appeal.

Reasons for instant account termination include, but are not limited to:

Full Law Enforcement Cooperation (Indian Law Compliance)

The Service operates in strict compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023, and all active CERT-In directives.

Log Retention: To protect the platform owner from legal liability, all server access logs, network footprints, IP tracking databases, and file transfer records are stored and preserved for a minimum of 180 days.

Data Disclosure: In the event of fraudulent activity, malicious cyber operations, or a formal inquiry from Indian law enforcement or cyber-crime cells, Free Host India will immediately surrender all logs, IP connection histories, registered emails, and uploaded code to the authorities without requiring the user’s consent or knowledge.

Third-Party Integration and Cookies

Our administration dashboards and respective hosting control panels utilize required session cookies to verify user access and securely authorize user control profiles. Disabling cookies will break panel access.

Technical footprints and log telemetry are shared automatically with localized security extensions (e.g., automated firewalls, real-time server anti-malware scanners) strictly to enforce server defense boundaries.

External Brand Redirection and Separate Legal Frameworks

Third-Party Redirection: The Service provides links and automatic redirections to our affiliated premium hosting brand for users seeking upgraded, paid commercial services.

Data Isolation: The moment you leave Free Host India and redirect to our premium brand, you are departing from this specific infrastructure. No user account data, files, or technical logs from your Free Host India account are automatically shared with or transferred to the premium brand.

Independent Policies: Our paid premium brand operates under an entirely separate legal framework, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service. Free Host India accepts zero legal or financial liability for any transactions, data management, server uptimes, or contract disputes that occur once a user redirects to and engages with the paid external brand.
