By purchasing any service from FreeHostIndia.com, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy along with our Terms of Service.

Refund Eligibility

Cheap Hosting plans are covered by our 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

To qualify for a refund:

• The cancellation request must be submitted within 15 calendar days of the initial purchase.
• The refund applies only to the first purchase of the hosting plan.
• Refund requests must be submitted through your Client Area or by opening a support ticket.

After the 15-day refund period expires, payments become non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for refunds:

• Lifetime Hosting plans
• Free Hosting services
• Domain registration, renewal, or transfer fees
• SSL Certificates
• Website migration services
• Third-party software licenses
• Setup fees (if applicable)
• Any one-time service or add-on

Once a Lifetime Hosting plan has been activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their hosting service at any time through the Client Area or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation will stop future renewals but does not automatically qualify for a refund.

For Cheap Hosting, refunds are only available if the cancellation request is made within the 15-day refund window.

Lifetime Hosting plans can be cancelled at any time; however, no refund will be provided.

Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Issued

Refunds will not be granted if:

• The account has violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
• The service has been suspended or terminated due to abuse, spam, phishing, malware, illegal activity, or excessive resource usage.
• The customer requests a refund after the applicable refund period has expired.
• The refund request relates to non-refundable products or services.

Free Hosting Accounts

Our Free Hosting service is provided without charge.

As no payment is collected, Free Hosting accounts are not eligible for refunds.

Inactive or abusive Free Hosting accounts may be suspended or removed in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Transaction fees, payment gateway charges, or taxes (if applicable) may not be refundable.

Abuse of Refund Policy

FreeHostIndia.com reserves the right to refuse refund requests if we determine that:

• The policy is being abused.
• Multiple refund requests are made by the same customer.
• Services were purchased with fraudulent intent.

Changes to These Policies

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or update these policies at
any time. By continuing to access our client area or host files after modifications
become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised policies.
